Quote & Design
After you've contacted a member of our design team, which you can do here, we can discuss the product you're after and the design. We offer development of the tie or other accessory, textile & apparel design. We also offer logo development & digitising. Once we have a good idea of what product and design you need we can give you an official quote and start the exciting part...designing your custom accessory!
Sign Off & Sampling
Once a quotation and design are accepted and signed off, we begin the sampling process.
For customised ties, scarves, garments and accessories, a full sample is manufactured and shipped to you for your approval. Normally, this takes 3 weeks.
For embroidery and screen print, a final specification is sent for approval.
Sample Approval
& Production
When you receive your sample, contact us to confirm that it is correct. Once we receive your approval, we proceed with your full order!
We co-ordinate between our weaving mills and factory to get your order underway and into production. This process normally takes 4 weeks.
Packaging & Delivery
Once your customised apparel is finished, we take care in sorting and packaging your order for immediate delivery.
Uniform orders can be individually packaged by name and location.
We then ship the goods to your preferred destination. We offer a number of freight options depending on time sensitivity to get your order to you as fast as possible!
